Lexus has announced plans to showcase two concept cars at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. As in previous years, its display will be located alongside parent company Toyota’s pavilion. In addition to the concept cars, Lexus is expected to exhibit its entire range of vehicles currently sold in India. The automaker has revealed that its stall will feature three distinct zones: a Hybrid zone, a Lifestyle zone, and a Future zone.
Lexus LF-ZC
The LF-ZC concept highlights the future direction of Lexus sedan models. It previews the next-generation LS, which is anticipated to debut in 2026. The production model will be an electric sedan, featuring a more traditional roofline and clearly defined doors. Lexus has not revealed technical details of the car yet but has hinted at a range of approximately 1,000 km. It will be available in both RWD and AWD configurations. The only interior image released shows a rectangular steering wheel and a large, seamless one-piece display taking center stage on the dashboard.
Lexus ROV
In stark contrast to the LF-ZC concept, the Lexus ROV (Recreational Off-highway Vehicle) is a hydrogen-powered off-road concept car. Essentially a covered ATV, it incorporates some signature Lexus design cues while embracing a compact and rugged body style. The open cabin is built to endure tough conditions, with extensive use of carbon fiber, a Lexus logo on the steering wheel, and a simple instrument cluster that complements its rugged theme. The ROV is powered by a 1.0-liter hydrogen engine, although specific technical details have not been disclosed. Designed as a fun, off-road vehicle, it appears to target owners of large Lexus SUVs who want a smaller, towable companion for adventurous drives.
